"I had heard about Yoshi?s Sushi but hadn?t had the chance to try it. Go, NOW. I called ahead to order as required and the man working was apologetic with the 25-minute wait. I actually thought it was going to be much longer since it?s literally a single person in a food cart working, and after eating these rolls, would happily wait twice as long. I had the Lime Green add Salmon, Spicy Tuna, and the Salmon Avocado rolls. I got a little greedy and three rolls was more than I could handle for dinner, but I finished it off as a midnight snack. It was amazing. I loved that my salmon was a natural pink; not this weird dyed farmed salmon color. The rice was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Whatever the vinaigrette on the Lime-Green roll was, was so good. Multnomah Village is fortunate to have such a treasure!"
