"The food was disappointing. It seems the restaurant could benefit from having a seasoned manager to understand that dining is about more than just the food coming out of the kitchen. We arrived on a relatively quiet evening and were seated right away. While we were given chips and salsa, it took 45 minutes for a waiter to come over to take our drink orders. After that, he took our food order. It was another 20 minutes before our drinks arrived, but there was an issue with the order. After an additional 15 minutes, our beverage order was finally brought to the table along with our food. I observed that another table had a much better flow to their dining experience; they were enjoying their drinks, conversing, potentially ordering appetizers, and savoring their meal with desserts to follow. I truly believe that the restaurant could increase its profits significantly by focusing more on the service aspect."
