"I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, and it’s always been decent enough. After my experience there yesterday, I would be surprised if I ever went back. The drive thru line did not move at all with 6 cars waiting, so I went in. I waited by the register with my 10 yr old, and the kitchen staff sees me there and never comes over to take my order. I asked if someone could come over and after being asked twice, they did. A young girl walks over and takes a deep breath of annoyance (they were clearly understaffed).. rushes to take my order and never asks me the typical questions, like what sauce for my nuggets and if I wanted apple slices or extra fries for the happy meal…. So, I get my food, see that they gave me extra fries instead of apple slices and a sauce for the nuggets I did not ask for. When I asked the lady for the items I did want, she told me to stop yelling at her (which I hadn’t even raised my voice) and that she put in the bags what was on the screen. I proceeded to tell her that those were not my choices. In any rate, they were very rude."
