"I visited Bia's Caffe Marianao on Addison twice, and I also ordered takeout once and called in twice. Unfortunately, I was disappointed each time. The owner was rude; instead of addressing the issues, he criticized me and others, trying to make us look bad. It's frustrating because good service is important for any business, yet he mentioned that Milwaukee supposedly never has good service."
