"I've reserved seven people coming to PALAPA. The host had told me someone in the restaurant canceled my reservation and After decided to give us bad seats for my 7 people. The manager moved us 3 times in the last hour during our show. I don't understand why someone in the restaurant cancelled my reservation. When I made this plan special as a birthday party for my daughter, everyone felt terrible. I do not recommend making a big party in this place The staff plays with time and feelings. For me and my family was a very bad experience. It is no longer disdadero desastre,"

"my wife and I were already in lure and always had a good experience. we were looking forward to a nice, cozy culinary experience. from which reason our server has accelerated all facets of our order. our appetizer and our soup/salad were served simultaneously. we asked them to slow down the dinge, and she said she would, but shortly after that we arrived at our escape. So what we hope to have a nice evening meal and talk to a fast food experience. we will think twice about going back."

"The she crab soup had no chunks of crab. The bowl was flat and large. The she crab soup and blue crab soup was one in the same. The temperature was medium. The main course food at four didn’t come out at the same time. We had to ask the servers name. When he first came to the table, we thought he was the Waterboy! "I really like this chain of restaurants and the food was great. However, we did walk in with 45 minutes before they closed and it seemed that was a problem. Yes, we got our food and it was good. The steak seemed to be a little light in quantity, the chicken was fine. One of the staff seems to have an issue with us coming in. Other than that the food was good and we ate and left as fast as we could. I would say go there as the food was good. Hopefully the attitude was just a one off…"

The female workers were yelling at a poor worker because the steak was low. the place was a mess and the trash cans were overflowing.
