"I made a reservation with open table. When I arrived in fado, there was no hostess. I asked 2 waiters if they could sit me. They looked at me and said they were very busy, just sitting everywhere. I had a table reserved for outside in the shadow. there were no available. After we set ourselves, a waitress came around 15 minutes later and took our drink order. she came back with our drink, we ordered, brought us our food and I never saw her again. I had to get into the bar to get my own drinks. the waitress was super pleasant and was clearly not her fault that she was so busy. I owe it to the administration. what a disappointment. eating was fair for bare food."
