"Usually a great dining option at Teton Village. This time, the quality of beef provided for our main course fondue Chinoise was very poor: basically it was stewing steak, just wrong for steak that is cooked in a boiling (at 6,800ft) broth. Not a pleasant eating experience/inedible. When, as we hope, we return, we shall likely stick to cheese fondue options."
