"This was our first time at Ragin Cajun. We had heard about it but wanted to experience it ourselves. We were not disappointed. We had reservations and were seated immediately. My man ordered the Crawfish Elouffee and I ordered the Bayou Bisque. BOTH were excellent!!!! I was full so offered the remainder to my hubby. The noise volume was MUCH better than other South Bay restaurants...we didn't have to yell. We truly appreciated that aspect of our meal. Our waiter was very helpful in answering our questions about the menu. His recommendations were on the spot. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. We WILL return. and possibly try some of that Alligator!"

"The Jambalaya Shoppe on Seigen is one of my favorite spots to eat. I can call in an order and pick it up shortly after hanging up. The staff is attentive and friendly. My husband is a meat eater and I am not. It is difficult finding places we both enjoy. We both have several options here. The food is good and available at a reasonable price. Definitely try their bread pudding. It is SO delicious!"
