"The food of Jambalaya Shoppe is never old. I'm still trying to figure out what I like most. Today I had gum over chicken and sausage Jambalaya. Food was excellent and the staff goes beyond and beyond to make you feel welcome."

"Jambalaya was alright— it just tastes like something you get from a premade box at Walmart though. Seafood gumbo was egregious and thinking about it makes me sick. Nothing had flavor. I am writing this review because I am currently very sick with food poisoning after eating there earlier today. The best Cajun food is made at home and doesn’t give you horrible stomach cramps."

"Food was just okay. Had the jambalaya and the gumbo. The rice was pretty tasty and my daughter loved it. The gumbo was too spicy for me, but was okay. The boudin sausage was a bit too soft for my taste. The puddins were really really good though. And the lady working was super sweet, all be it very busy as she was mostly alone."

"Definitely off to a bad start at this new location. First time I tried it was okay but not great, white bean were undercooked. Decided to give them another try this Saturday since the jambalaya place in Addis was closed. Big mistake! The potato salad was crunchy and inedible. The jambalaya had burnt crunchy parts in it, like it was the bottom of the pot. Not up to normal Jambalaya Shoppe standards and they won't get a third chance."
