"We were disappointed, as we had heard great things about Marco Polo. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, yet we were seated at probably the least comfortable table in the space, as it was in the middle of every pathway from the bar area through the table area and had no heaters around it (it was a cold and windy evening). We asked to move to one of the more sheltered tables but the host explained that we couldn't sit there because it was a table for 4 (the entire time we were there, there were 2 other parties at the restaurant, at least 10 empty tables, 6 of which were set for 4). He sat us in a back corner, near a heater, but also next to the exit wall, which had cold wind blowing through. We were planning on enjoying a leisurely dinner but instead just had a drink and app as we didn't feel welcome in the nearly-empty restaurant at all. The calamari was really good and our server was very friendly, but the host unfortunately put a damper on our overall experience."
