"I made an internal reservation for 14 people two weeks before the time via opentable. I got there 15min early to make sure everything was set up and there was no hostess, no more open table, and no confirmation of the waitstaff/manager of the OpenTable reservation, even they show the confirmation email. they sat us outside 30* in the night and I had to ask 3 waiters and the manager to transfer the additional heating. they warned us that eating would take a while. drinking orders were not a problem, but we waited 90min for appetizers and sandwiches. I would not recommend this place for big meetings or eating."
