"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"The food isn't bad and portions are large.. It would be nice if they could get the order right. Who ever is answering the phone does not listen and does not know the menu. When you ask for them to repeat the order the woman who is answering has an attitude. The biggest problem is her English is not very good and has a difficult understanding orders, which causes the customer not getting what they have ordered. This has happened to us several times, I may rethink and order elsewhere next time"

"I hosted my daughter's party at this restaurant last year and it was a hit. We decided to have her party there again today. All the guests enjoyed the food and I made sure to recommend this place to everyone. This time, I opted for delivery and the lady who delivered the food was so kind. She even chatted with us about dog biscuits, which was unexpected but nice. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and overall it was a great experience."

"I love Napolis!! Today I got the 10 pepperoni pizza and 4 wings special with a large Coke Zero! The food here is first-rate! The staff here is always professional and super efficient! But the food is so good you just want to ask the owner to adopt you. Seriously the food here nails it! Pizza, burgers, wings, specialty sandwiches, not to mention desserts! You never see anyone leave food behind. Whatever's left goes with. They have a very fine selection of beer, as well as red"

"Food tasted horrible! I have order from them in the past with no issues. Today I was delivered overcooked chicken finger that tasted like they got cooked with a plastic wrapper. When I called they said it's the new way they bread using bread crumbs now. When I told them they were overcooked I had to drive down to try and get issue fixed. Both the cashier and manager said that's how they look they now. The chicken was dark not golden brown at all. They did nothing to compensate for inconvenience but give me 6 additional fingers that are slightly lighter but still tasted the same. All in all I went home with 16 pieces of chicken finger trash, no refund, and still hungry. Almost forgot she offered me a free ranch lol what a joke. I even asked if I could get wings instead since they still make them the same according to cashier. I was told they can only replace what was ordered. Worst experience I have ever had in this establishment. Long time customer lost! I never leave reviews good or bad and the fact I am now says a lot!"

"I have visited this small hidden gem with my family twice and both times we had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and respectful, especially the owner who is caring and sweet. She ensures that all customers are well looked after. The Mediterranean food they serve is authentic, always fresh and delicious. My family and I would give them a perfect 10. "My parents have been ordering from Joe’s for years for both themselves and for the family when visiting. They have both recently passed and my Sis and I decided to order from them while cleaning out their house. We were so extremely disappointed by the food we received that I’m writing a yelp review for the 1st time. Do better Joe’s!!!! All of food was cold, the meatballs were disgusting! I purchase better frozen from the grocery store. The fried mushrooms were super greasy and small and they didn’t delivery the ranch side as asked. The garlic bread was almost embarrassing; very small portion and very little flavor. The steak subs were comparable to Steakums purchased in the grocery store. Dinner was $56 and some change and we were generous with our trip for the driver. The entire food experience was frustrating and disappointing. We did call with our complaint and just said “do better”!!!!!"
