"I placed an order through DoorDash for this location for pick up. The pickup time was supposed to be for 11:30 P.M. to 11:45 P.M. and had been on a pending status. However, when I arrived on location and entered the store they were cleaning and closingup despite their service hours being until 2 a.m. and I was informed that the order I had placed was canceled. Not too big anissue there, what was an issue was that the moment that I step outside of the door to head back to my car I get a notice sayingthat the order was ready for pick up and as such could not cancel the order for my refund. I waited a bit to see if maybe theyhad just misclicked or were going to switch the order status to canceled. But they never did and I had to contact DoorDashsupport in order to obtain my refund. I wanted to leave a review here just because I 'm not entirely sure if this was just amistake or if it was a bit of a sketchy business practice. But in case it is the latter, then this will let future individualswho experience it know and serve as documentation for them. Edit: similar to another review, I entered the store and met theeyes of about 5 people. 1 of which sitting at the bar disclosed that they were closed and a lady was the one who informed methat the order was canceled and that doordash was bad at letting us know that . But as opposed to her review, it wasn 't nearthe supposed 12:45 early close time"
