"I have been a regular here since they have opened. The food is always good. I always order the same thing and only once prior to today they accidentally got my order wrong. Today, I ordered an order for pick up. My husband?s was fine, mine wasincomplete. It was missing ginger, sesame seeds, tobiko and masago. The sauce didn?t taste what I normally order ether. Icalled the place up just to let them know. This sweet hostess asked me to send a picture of my food, so I did. I received a callback from her and she basically started to describe the items that I was missing telling me they were in my food, but in smallamounts so I probably didn?t notice. I explained that this was not my first order, but she proceeded to say ?my manager said ? ?when I told her I know what masago, tobiko and sesame seeds were she put me on hold and came back saying ?my manager said??basically defending the food and making me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. The manager never got on thephone, hiding behind this girl. I did not want anything but they also didn?t handle a customer concern well either. As for thegirl who answered the phone she was very nice and professional. The manager should have been the one handling a complaint,not her."
