"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order via Door Dash for two lunch specials. The establishment only sent one order with the Door Dash deliverer; fortunately, the young lady was willing to go back to retrieve the other order. I called Dragon Express to make them aware of the mistake. I asked if they could deliver the order as them not sending it was not the driver's fault or my own. I was told, No driver you can come back to pick it up I was not offered an apology. I called back shortly after to advise the Door Dash driver would be returning to pick up the order. I asked if they could send my co-worker and I a courtesy dessert as an act of customer service due to being inconvenienced. They offered to send two canned drinks and was rushed off of the phone. I gave the Door Dash driver an additional tip. So my co-worker and I ended up paying $30 for two lunch specials."
