"I placed an order through Uber Eats yesterday and ended up receiving someone else's meal. When I reached out to Uber for help, they informed me that they couldn't assist and that the driver was unable to return. Since I was at work, I couldn't leave to resolve the situation. I then called Dirty Bird to explain that I had received the wrong order, but the person on the other end simply acknowledged the mistake and hung up on me. When I called back, he told me he had just arrived and could do nothing to help. The customer service was really disappointing; I even asked to speak with a manager, but they said there wasn’t one available. Overall, it was quite frustrating."
