"We have been going to Ttowa for years, but Covid definitely hurt this restaurant from a dine-in standpoint. The food is still very good, but the menu has been reduced. Also, there is no dine-in atmosphere any longer. It is just a bunch of tables with several tables filled. There is nothing special about the dining experience."
