"I had a 6:30 reservation and was seated at 6:50. The bar was backed up.Took twenty minutes to get a mocktail. Didn’t receive food until 8:00 and it was cold. The chicken tasted as if it was pre-made, greasy and old. The waitress offered no apology. She just remarked that they were very busy. I felt as long as we waited the food should have been piping hot. The waitress had no sense of urgency. I think the food was left up there.
