"I made a reservation for 7:00 PM on a Saturday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were asked if we had a reservation. I mentioned that I booked through OpenTable, but they informed us that they don’t utilize that service. It didn’t matter much since the restaurant was nearly empty, so we chose to sit outside. We placed our drink orders, received them promptly, but then didn't see anyone for another 30 minutes. When our waiter finally returned, he explained that one of the kitchen staff had just arrived, so there would be a delay in getting our food. It was puzzling because we could see that the kitchen was empty the whole time we waited. After sitting there for nearly 40 minutes without service, we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. I cannot comment on the food since we never got to try any, but I certainly won’t be returning to this restaurant."
