"I frequently visit Salad Works in Garwood for their fresh and healthy ingredients. I highly recommend it for a great dining experience. My only suggestion is that I have spent a significant amount of money there with my son and would appreciate a frequent diner reward program. I have not seen one available yet. "We used to come here regularly when they first opened and haven't been here in years as I try only to eat organic produce. Was in a pinch and needed a quick bite. Wow the portions have shrunk significantly. Protein on salad looked like scraps. Very disappointed. Would not waste money here ever again. Cashier was friendly that is why not one star."

I asked her if she had ever eaten at Saladworks? Her response was No . I siad let 's go get a salad there. It was absolutely the right choice.We were greeted by two young women. They were both very friendly. Darby wound up waiting on us. Her service was not only amazing it was OUTSTANDING ....Darby was patient, described the ingredients of different salads, offered suggestions and took care in making each salad. I have never seen anyone who cared so much about making your food with such care.Noha (Co-Owner) should be proud to have an Employee who represents their Saladworks Franchise w/ pride.Darby is friendly, courteous, professional and unbelievably meticulous!!! "the customer service was terrible. the staff saw themselves boring and uninterested in what they did. when we asked questions, they did not answer helpful. we mostly LOVE salad work, but today was disappointing. One of us ordered the chicken parmesan panini, we have what we ordered-but it is processed lunch meat, provolone, marinara and white bread (not what I would expect from salad work). and then they didn't even tell me to get any chips or a role. I had to ask. but I think the worst part was the role they gave to my daughter. She took a piece and it was ROCK hard. that was when I went to the staff and complained. they gave me a fresh role. I don't recommend this special salad."

"I went there maybe 1 hour before closing and the food was all mixed in there was pasta on the mixed letters. It was not clean or neat from one another vegetable container. The avocado skin was still in the container instead of putting that on the trash.The person who helped me was a young person no more than 18 year old male.He was on his phone with gloves on and kept them and serve my food. He charged me with the gloves finish with me and with the same gloves he helped the next person.I would not recommend that service or food to anyone."

"Chicken on Cobb salad is basically a few tiny pieces and debris, avocado consists of 6 small pieces, 10 tiny bits of tomato and awful tasting bacon crumbs. The same salad at half the price can be had at a fast food location. Asian Chicken Salad 6 small bits of chicken, 6 mandarins wedges and minimal edimame. I repeat, the same salad at half the price can be purchased from fast food and grocery store premade section. Crispy Rice Marshmallow Treat Good. Judging by packaging, these are purchased through a vendor, not made in store."

"Recommended to me by a coworker, so I finally decided to try it. Ordered the Asian chicken salad, There is definitely enough for leftovers. I also appreciate that they asked the right questions. Not just about dine in ot takeout, but did I want the dressing mixed in or on the side? Was I OK with the suggested dressing or want a different one? Did I want all the ingredients or need to modify? These are all simple questions but they get overlooked /forgotten so often in food service. It 's a bit more than I expected to pay, but good nonetheless. I 'm usually a Panera girl, but this is a good alternative."

"the Broccoli Cheddar Soup which is usually the best was watery, contained no cheese, and lacked cream and barely had broccoli. They have no problem charging $10 for the cup, but CHEAPEN it beyond belief. They lost my friends business. I cant wait to post this place as a DO NOT ORDER at our offices lunch wall."

"Went to this saladworks and was a displeased with the service. The Salads we bought were almost all iceberg Lettuce and the toppings and proteins were minimum as well as Dressings.The employees were very quiet, hard to hear and messed up both of the Salads we bought. Rang us up without asking if we even wanted drinks. Had to make a second purchase just for Sodas.Been to many other saladworks and this one is just nothing like the others. Guessing it's a franchise."
