"Chips were slightly hot and crispy. The fish tacos had a nice crunchy thin dough roasted to perfection, which perfectly complicated the fish. The chimichanga was also fried evenly with a beautiful crispy tortilla, which was well dehydrated, so it wasn't super fatty. The Carnitas Seasoning was amazing, I could see that this would have been in any other dish you would choose."

"One portion is MORE than enough for two people, the food is fresh and authentic as hell, the staff is super polite and the lady at the front desk is super quick and nice with your orders. The prices are also an excellent value and the place is super clean from the actual dining area to the restroom. Overall 10/10 can't wait to come back again."

"Wow, was really surprised with how good it is. A lot of variety on the menu, nice clean salsa bar. Ordered the surf and turf, had plenty of tender flavorful carne asada and good size shrimp, about 10 of them. Wrapped with rice and guacamole in a great ratio. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for Mexican food in this area."

"The last holdout of old upper Larimer Street in what is now Hipsterville. The Silva family 's unpretentious, delicious food brings back memories of study sessions during CU prof. Tom Noel 's office hours (really just pregame for a pub crawl) at the old Manuel 's location at 2010 Larimer. Get the wet burrito and an order of barbacoa tacos with the world-class spice of Manuel 's fresh salsa, and harken back to a time when the denizens of this neighborhood were regular working-class people and not entitled, scooter-riding sockhead fuckwits."
