"Absolutely horrible staff!! My daughter, my son, and I were super excited to eat and then get ice cream. When we walked in, we were never greeted. Okay. That's fine! I get it. We sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. We watched as three other families came in and were greeted as soon as they walked through the door. They were immediately handed menus and got drink and food. All three employees were behind the counter talking. I witnessed not one but two girls handle ice cream with no gloves and never saw them wash their hands! Absolutely disgusting!! At this point, it has been 30 minutes. My children were hungry and so was I. I got fed up and walked out. Not only did we walk out but a couple of guys that came in right after us (who were also never served or greeted) walked out right after we did. We went to Chilis instead. Better service. Better food. Absolutely disgusted at The Creamery and their employees who choose to serve who they want to."
