"I enjoy their food and keep coming back for years, but lately my special instructions for toppings have not been honored, even though paid for through the app. Inconsistent both with respect to additional toppings or leaving toppings off, and once it was made as a sandwich despite paying for a tortilla wrap. That said, the food I get is always hot and fresh and delicious, and my requests are not dietary restrictions so it is a minor complaint."
