"I've been here about a half dozen times and had a good experience each visit. Most recently came with a group of 5 on a very busy Sunday morning. IHOP looked well staffed and everything was moving along even though the line went all the way to the door and more customers were arriving. Even when there are a bunch of large parties the employees seem to keep up okay. I ordered an omelette like I usually do and it was good. The coffee could be better but I always order one anyway."

"I must love IHop. We made it to IHoppy Hour. The amount of food was perfect. Quality was the best. Had made a mistake, but was able to have an instructive moment. By mistake they removed an article from our ticket. She was very gracious and we appreciate her and her trainer. They show mercy, you receive grace in return. Very clean, employees wore masks, shields were placed to separate cartridges on the stands. Couldn't have been a better experience."

"I had a big dune in experience with my mother and niece who loves their pancakes. Our server was wonderful, SO attentive! The food was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that the rest was disgusting. From the floors over the toilets, sinks and overflowing garbage containers. I was there with my mother who has cancer and when I helped her in the toilet room, I had to clean it myself. I should have taken a picture. Work is so busy that I understand, but when it comes to a sick beloved, it's the last thing you want to see, especially after eating."

"Ordered takeout online and received excellent service from a very nice young lady who was attending the takeout orders. Unfortunately, i could not leave a tip in the online order. The employee handling the takeout deserved a tip for the genuinely good service. Although the food itself SUCKED!!"

"Horrible service at this location they had us sat pretty much right on top of the other customers literally to the point the other customers kept pushing our table back with the back of their chairs, and wait time?! Dont get me started...Me, my wife and daughter waited on our food for over an HOUR and when it finally came, it was literally cold to the touch to the point my wife couldn 't even chew half of hers. My kid didn 't even have any kind of heat to her wannabe chicken and waffles she prdered.powered.. only ate maybe 1 piece of chicken she didn 't even bother touching the waffles. Trust me, go to another location other then this one."

"When picking up an order, I had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. All the customers were staring at me and walking away without offering help. Some of the workers were just standing around, chatting and not doing anything. It was a terrible experience and I have been warning others not to bother going there. It's better to go to McDonald's where the customer service is better and the staff are more willing to help."

"Went to the location for breakfast and I told the causian host I wanted a booth and 3 other woman came in after me she tried to sit me at a big table when I asked for a booth so I sat at the booth then the other woman was like we wanted a booth she going to tell them I took the booth..lol..I asked for one when I entered the establishment. The african american waitress ignored me and served them first when I was there first and did everything she could ignore me and never came to my table and take my order. I told the manager what happened and left. Employees should never judge a book by its cover. Employees suck! They need customer service training I could have made a seen but I do have class and my parents taught me and Jehovah taught me how to act in person. ??"

"Went there for dinner once. Everything was closed on 4th of July but IHOP was open. Waitress was welcoming and quickly seated us. It was little busy because most of other places were closed. They only had two waitresses supporting the entire restaurant. Food was decent. They messed up my order. I requested no bacon in my food but still got bacon. I was very hungry and tired so didn’t complain but looks like either waitress forgot to mention my request to the cook or kitchen staff just ignored it."

"The waitress was not very welcoming, seemed a bit preoccupied and didn't smile much. The service felt impersonal, possibly due to stressed out workers. The restroom was not very clean when I visited early in the morning, and there was no explanation or apology for the subpar conditions. This restaurant has too many faults for me to overlook. It's a shame, as it used to be a favorite dining spot for my family and me."

"My experience at IHOP was the worst I have ever had. Originally, I went to the location on 125th Street only to find it closed. I then went to the one on 135th Street. The waitress was incredibly rude, perhaps having a hard day, but the service was terrible. She seemed impatient when taking our order, and it took a long time for the food to arrive. She slammed the water glass on the table and never checked on us. I was given the wrong receipt and noticed that several tables needed cleaning, causing a delay for other customers. When I left, there was a line of people waiting for tables, showing a decline in the restaurant's service from my previous visit years ago. I would not recommend this location."
