"I cannot express my anger enough about Sushi R91 in Riverside, CA. The food was beyond mediocre, and the service was absolutely horrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat.First of all, let's talk about the food. I ordered through DoorDash, and it was a huge mistake. The sushi rolls were tasteless and bland. The fish was not fresh at all, and it felt like I was chewing on rubber. The rice was dry and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. I have had better sushi from a cheap grocery store. It was a complete waste of my money.But the worst part was the service, or rather, the complete lack of it. They messed up my order not once, but twice! And there was absolutely no accountability for their mistakes. When I called to complain, the person on the other end was rude and unapologetic. They didn't even offer a solution or a refund. It was as if they didn't care about their customers at all.I strongly advise against ordering from Sushi R91, especially if you're using DoorDash. Their food is mediocre, and their service is abysmal. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later."
