"my wife and I came to dinner here and we booked online reservations. we came 10 minutes too late, but don't worry because it wasn't crowded at all. to our surprise, this is more a caffe in a ice cream at the south coast plaza lower level of anqi next to bloomingdales. there are a few tables and small bar area and small dining room, but the restaurant opens to the halls of the restaurant where there are other dining and dessert locations. it is a strange environment because it feels like eating in a formal restaurant, but on one side it is open to people who go back and forth. the service was good for only one hostess/server working there. the food was decent for the price. We had the fish tacos and the Waygu-burger and both are good, 7 out of 10. the potato wedges are very good a little salty, but crispy. the only disappointing part of the food was that the fish and chips were carved on the egg yolk and in that night they told me that they couldn't make it after they said they usually had special requests. her menu is quite limited, so check it before they go there."
