"Although my dining experience at this restaurant has always been very positive, the quality of the food I have received with their delivery has been subpar. On one occasion, I received a $16 sandwich with half of the meat on soggy bread. When I brought this issue to the manager, they did not make any effort to resolve the complaint from a loyal customer. This lack of customer service speaks volumes about their priorities. While their prices are not cheap, the low quality of their products is starting to impact customer satisfaction. It is disappointing to have to take pity on the terrible manager I have been dealing with."
