"I never write reviews but I feel as if this warrants one. I placed my order through the Slice app at around 12:45pm for a sausage, onion, and pepper Parmesan hero and some zeppoles. After receiving notification around 1:15pm of the food being ready for pickup I headed inside. They proceeded to explain they got the order, but the receipt was missing in their system, but because I had proof on my end they took a photo of it and made my order. This was no problem, technology fails and people can not control it, but when I got home and opened my food the sausage parmesan hero was a cold bread, mayonnaise, onions, shredded lettuce and a few scattered tiny pieces of sausage. I drove back to the place and told them it was incorrect, the owner was very nice and had the workers remake it. I am not sure if the chef was new, but they remade it and I opened it in front of them to see if it was right. At surface view it looked right because of the amount of cheese, but when I got home and bit into it there was still mayonnaise and probably one teaspoon of marinara sauce on the sandwich total. At that point it was about 2:20pm and I was not driving back for the second time. By that point the deformed zeppoles were cold and inedible and it was $20 down the drain. I made a complaint and the owner offered me only 20% off my next order as if I would bother trying this place again. The correct thing to do would have been to comp the bill because of their error and wait time. Their pizza here is great, but if you want other food save money and try somewhere else."
