"waits for almost half an hour for our reservation, which is not to be managed with young children! the service was over slow (see 25 minutes for a glass wine). the food was wrong (the spaghetti ordered with meatballs forgot the meatballs, then we didn't even get them until we were finished with our meal and they just sent a small bowl with coarse naked meatballs, no sauce or anything to help the presentation). other meals were best moderate. our bill for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) with 1 glass wein and 1 beer was $100. I couldn't believe what a terrible experience we had. but it is the only place to dinner in the hotel (except the famous chiffelhaus), so we had no choice. go somewhere else, but here, seriously, here, don't waste your money."
