"Ordered a chicken broccoli alfredo and chose to add shrimp. The pasta may look like it cost a lot, but you get a pretty large portion so it's definitely worth what you're paying (personally, you can probably feed 2 adults or 3 kids with it). You also need to mix the pasta around a bit since the pasta that's on top won't be in the sauce. The sauce was good. The chicken was alright (seasoned a bit and it was a tiny bit dry, but satisfactory). The broccoli I wish had more crunch to it, but it too was fine. The shrimp that's added is baby shrimp and it was definitely a good addition. Pasta I think could have been boiled for another minute, but everyone likes their pasta with different textures, so no complaints there. Came with a salad, but I didn't care for the salad. Well done. I give it a B+."

"I wish I could give this restaurant less than one star. The exploitation of black American culture needs to stop. Kimmy's is a soul food restaurant run by Koreans who don't know how to properly cook black American cuisine. Despite this, the establishment continues to be popular. The chicken was flavorless, the mac and cheese was not baked but cooked in a pot, and the cheese on top was melted. The chicken seemed to be frozen rather than fresh. The sweet potato was undercooked, and the turkey wing was undercooked and under-seasoned, along with watery pot roast."

"Really good bbq chicken pizza. Prices are different compared to the online menu though. Online menu price had a small bbq chicken pizza as $12.49 but at the restaurant and receipt it?s $13.99. They should update the website menu with the new pricesbut overall I?ll go here again. Pizza was hot and crust was crispy and well done with no special request needed (just how I likeit). Onion rings were crispy as well. In my opinion if you like a good crunch to your pizza crust I?ll go here instead of theplace further down the street. This will be my new go to pizza place!"

"2nd chance. The first time they double billed me and had to go through my bank to get it fixed. The second time, I placed an order for four people. The subs had hardly any filling in them. It was all roll. I ended up giving my sub to my son to fill him up. There was hardly any steak and cheese in his sub roll. My nephew didn't get any sauces sent with his chicken finger sub. He had to eat the sub dry. They refused to bring to me the sauces that I requested. Absolutely horrible. I gave them ample opportunities to step up and they are just getting worse. No more chances. Moving on."

"DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE. I ordered a pizza with 4 toppings on it: ground beef, pepperoni, onions, and green peppers. The delivery was quick, but they completely left out the pepperoni, even though they charged me for it. When Icalled them back, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, only to tell me that they were sorry. They said I could speak to themanager, but he isn't there right now. Don't buy food from them. Go somewhere where they can take an order correctly, and atlease attempt to compensate you if there is something wrong with your order. I would have given them zero stars if it wouldhave let me."

"I got a two egg special with ham off the bone, grits and a biscuit. The ham had a weird taste that I didn't like. Maybe it was how it was prepared. The grits were really thick and bland, I had to add alot of butter and I always add sugar. The biscuit was buttery and really good. My husband got an American Skillet with pancakes and he said it was delicious. It comes with bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and cheese. It's very small so not alot of seating and there is a long line for carryout."

"One of the things I really feel manifests the customer service excellence of a company, if you are recognized either immediately or shortly after what I felt was really important part of their customer service. I got the specials for the day and I even ordered an additional record as I was satisfied with the special. The atmosphere with about five TVs set to sports events or sports center shows is a plus. The food was delicious! Thank you."

"Positive: followed special instructions perfectly. Negative: waffle fries overcooked not a speck of salt (ie, hard, dry, bland). Plain pizza was...unusual. It apos;s not your standard pizza they don apos;t state that. Lots of crust, hardly any cheese, and sauce on top. And sauce so acidic it burned my tongue. Crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich: kaiser way too big for chicken. Need to switch buns. Couldn apos;t even taste the chicken. Overall not an awful experience but not sure I apos;m interested in trying again."
