"The food is okay, and the ambiance gives school lunch vibes with the railings. Customer service from the owner is terrible. He was rude and disrespectful. I wanted to order two slices of pizza, and the owner ignored me and started taking orders from the men standing behind me. A lady behind the register asked what his problem was, and he just gave a hand gesture. She took my order, but she continued to look at the owner with disgust. She apologized to me. I said thank you and never returned. The consequences are that we no longer place catering orders 3 times a year. We found a more respectful business to patronize."

"We have been going to Rondo’s for 17 years. I have used them to cater many family parties. They make the BEST chicken parmesan we have ever tasted. So tender you can cut it with a fork. Never had a bad dish from their menu. Rec seafood salad, loaded with seafood."

"Great pizza spot with a very neighborly owner. The pizza itself is better than average by NYC standards, although not the best pizza I've ever had. Still very good though: the crust hits that crisp-chew combo just right, and the sauce is spot on. I've only been once, but it seems Sal is probably always ready to tell you his stories. Some other reviewer was mad that they couldn't get some garlic knots at 10:30 pm (after closing time), or some bullsh like that. It does not surprise me at all that they were told to f off. This is a proper Jersey establishment. Forget about it. Just go during actual working hours and you'll be treated right."

"I absolutely love the pizza here, and the other items I've tried, like the cheesesteaks, are incredible too! The buffalo wings are great, and although I'm not a fan of breaded wings, this place really impressed me. The only issue I've encountered was that the grilled cheese was burnt on both sides, so my kid wouldn't eat it. However, the meal I had last night was fantastic! I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since everyone has off days. I'll definitely keep coming back!"

"The food sucked and I chose this place because of the great reviews! Chicken Parmigiana Sub might as well have been called a bread and cheese sandwich with sauce, the amount chicken was appauling! $8 for 3 tiny meatballs and the Italian Wedding Soup was also underwhelming, barely any flavor and they dont even use the little ball pasta : the Penne Vodka was basically a pink butter sauce but again not enough flavor, overall everything was extremely bland and overpriced and im not 1 to leave reviews especially bad ones but for $70+ this place was a rip off to say the least!"
