"I called this place heading home from work, hoping the order would be ready as I got there, A woman 's voice answering the phone asks me to please hold, Then hangs up on me, I called back, womans voice ask me to please hold, But this time doesn 't put the call on hold, Just puts the phone receiver down, i can hear them working, taking orders, handling the register, ect, I hear the womans voice casually talking, But doesn 't pick up the phone to take my order, i put my phone on speaker and drive to Lupi 's , I here the womans voice, none stop talking to coworkers about nothing really, but she the only voice I hear, In hope she picks up the phone and my order will be ready as I arrive, 20 drive from work on a Friday, i arrive to Lupi 's still on hold And walk in and now i can put a face to the voice, we make eye contact, then she finally stops talking and approaches the register And says HI! are you picking up ? Whats the name ? I am honestly annoyed at this point I just stare at her With my phone to my ear , and say I am still trying to place my order..... She looks at me like ? Then I point to the Phone receiver next to the register. Im still on hold.......... She gose oh? .. well what did you uumm what ? , I hang up my phone and say nothing now ... never mind i about face and walk out the door, as I cross the threshold of the door , the woman starts raising her voice, as I 'm climbing in my car she 's looking at me through the shore front, being boisterous with excited body language throwing her hands in a fit of anger, I 'm guessing she bitching and explaining to her coworkers about what she only experienced on her side of this"
