"I wanted to find a new place to eat with the family. The food was delicious I got the chicken Pesto Panini and my husband got the chicken cheese steak with bacon added and the children portions are good and the cheeseburger was the size of our sons head. Friendly staff and delicious fresh food would be highly recommended and we will go back to try other things!"

"Great food and great service are what you except, and is what you have always gotten... However, the food has gone downhill. I got cold mushrooms with my surloin tip order, my wife got half raw waffles with her chicken and waffles, the side of hash browns was burnt and my son got chocolate chip pancakes instead of his chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Once this was brought to the attention of the staff we were still given a bill of $45.76 with no adjustment. I didn't ask for another plate of anything, just to make them aware, but some reduction of my bill should have been done without asking, the manager stopped by once he was aware and still nothing was adjusted. This is absolutely disappointing."

"I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP for the first time recently. I was thrilled to see an IHOP as our local one had closed years ago. The hostess quickly seated us and we were served by a wonderful waitress named Ninfa. She was pleasant, accommodating, and made our dining experience enjoyable. We arrived 10 minutes early for IHoppy hour at 2, and Ninfa kindly took our order before the promotion started. I ordered french toast and sausage, while my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich - both were delicious. To my surprise, our bill came out to only $12 for both meals. My daughter jokingly remarked that her meal cost more at McDonald's. With great food, excellent service, and affordable prices, you really can't go wrong dining at IHOP."

"Cooks are totally unprofessional! Sent out the wrong food twice, overcooked eggs and cold beef tips. we sat here an hour for this garbage! The whole time we could hear the cooks cussing, laughing and playing. It was so bad that the wait staff was complaining. Our waitress was very apologetic and sincere, but Mr. Mike, the manager, totally unconcerned. Then he sent someone out from the kitchen who identified himself as a manager. Not to mention, I saw him in the kitchen cooking, he claimed that he was in the back doing inventory and did not hear the continuous and excessive use of foul language. The leadership at IHOP in Montgomery, AL has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!"

"Normally we love IHOP. However when we went to this location around 8 p.m. on a Sunday oh, we first waited about 20 minutes before we were greeted by anyone. And then when we were we were told there would be about an hour wait. There was no one visible in the dining area oh, so either they had a party or something in an area that was not visible or they were massively understaffed."

"First time dining in since start of pandemic. Busy Sunday. Seated quickly, had to wait 15+ minutes for waitress to appear after being seated, long wait for food and then both orders were incorrect. One order had to be completely redone and they still got part of it wrong. The other order they had to recook the eggs. 20 minutes later, I was completely finished with my meal and my husband's reorder had not appeared. Apologies and a 10% discount didn't make up for long wait for replacement order. Food was consistent IHOP quality. When we finally got our food, it was hot and what we had come in to eat, just too bad we didn't get to eat together. I think that I will go back to delivery service for IHOP food for a while before we try dining in again."

"Just had a late lunch at this newer IHOP. The restaurant was clean, modern, not really crowded at 2pm. Our server, Erin, did a great job of taking care of me and my mother. She got our orders correctly taken, drinks delivered and noticed the sun streaming in and lowered the blinds without being asked. The food was cooked to perfection and brought out nice and hot. "I had some very high expectations to go into this ihop and unfortunately I can't say they were hit. they pregaming the minions movie and decide to splurge on breakfast from the minion menu to get into the right setting. I had expected that it was fat good, but it was only moderate. the ba banana pancakes were okay I personally was not a big fan of pudding and sprinkles and the pancake itself was on the dry side. the minion mango oj splasher was also a bit a break. it tasted literally like orange juice with a crushed blueberries. the real star of the show were the Cinna Minions. the glaze paired well with the gum sugar and every bite was really delicious. Although the meal itself was average and I don't think I'm going to order from the Minion menu again, the Minion theme made this a positive experience for me. I made this ihop feel hyped as always to see the minions movie and would recommend this experience for each of the other minion lovers out there."

"We ordered online to pick up food on Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately due to the holiday they were understaffed and had a plethora of online orders plus they were busy with dine in customers, so our food wasn't ready until 35 minutes after our originally scheduled pick up time! But they were courteous and offered us drinks while we waited and once we got the food to our final destination and ate it, the turkey dinners were delicious! So worth the wait! I would highly recommend the IHOP on Soledad Cyn in Canyon Country anytime!"

"The food at this restaurant was decent, but it was severely understaffed. I only saw 2 waitresses and possibly only one chef. I arrived around 12:15 and placed my order at 12:45. The waitresses were very busy running around, trying to take orders, clean tables, and handle payments. The place was never more than 1/3 full, but the waitresses were struggling to keep up with all the tasks. From the time I entered until I left, I was there for nearly 2 3/4 hours. It was clear that the waitresses and chef were overwhelmed with the workload."
