I 've ordered twice online since this new staff took over(new ownership? , and it 's been a real let down. I waited a few weeks between orders and it 's really no better. Any hot bagel sandwich is getting handled wrong, they 're incredibly greasy on the outside. The bagels should be cut by someone with clean hands. They 've also missed the instruction to toast the bagel on every bagel. The bagels have gotten a little larger, which is actually a negative, as it highlights how little egg and cheese they give you on an egg and cheese. One fewer slice of cheese.Overall, gonna have to go to joes. Very, very unfortunate. I 'll try again in a few months."
