"Absolute worst Italian deli I 've ever been to, the first time I went I got an Italian sub and the bread was rock hard I decided to give it another shot, the second time I ordered a meatball sandwich and they gave me 2 pieces of bread with a container of meatballs, I called to ask about it and the guy on the phone said that 's too bad and hung up I called back, then the manager answers the phone and refuses to give a refund. Both were very rude and offered no way to make it right."
