"Before you think I'm crazy after ordering meat leaflets in an obviously Italian restaurant, it was the special of the day and the checkout said it's amazing and made only once a month. Man, she wasn't a joke! It must take a whole month to make a dish so delicious and filled with homemade goodness! Let's first talk about the garlic bread... that thought something so easy could be so delicious, but it was: Toasty buttery goodness!! The obviously handmade potatoes w/ exactly the correct amount of potato skin mixed in this fluffy, creamy mixture was the absolutely perfect side for the main attraction, THE MEATLOAF! Great fleshy texture with crisp edges from the grill and an amazing velvety brown sauce like I never had before. I ordered it on the side as I usually don't find it so delightful, but I found myself pouring it over the meat leaf immediately and immersed everything I could in it! Even the harmless baby caroots in a herbal butter sauce could shine through in this amazing occupation of characters alone! Must start the dates down on my calendar as the last time I was here I had the Chicken Fried Steak, which was also monthly. Hopefully I'll come to the other dishes on their menu sometime! Ultimately, if you've never been here, every inch of this place is filled with film star memory from the last decades. It is a quiet, dim, and extremely relaxing atmosphere to escape from your daily routine. Hold on."

"First and only visit. Bottom line upfront. Disorganized, busy kitchen, untrained staff (easily flustered, unattentive, no teamwork, etc. . Bring water and snacks, and a map to somewhere else.Staff let us stand around for about three minutes when we arrived; no greeting, not even acknowledged, and didn't let us know we should get our name on the wait list at the end of the counter (three regular tables were open, plus a large table . We almost sat ourselves. Figured it out when a guest behind us cut through all of us waiting and called up a server to get his name on the list. So, name on the list, we waited around 15 minutes for a table. The person cleaning the tables was the most courteous and communicative of all the staff. Seated, we waited for our server, about five minutes. First time to the table, we told her this was our first visit and she took our beverage order. She returned about 10 minutes later with beverages and asked if we were ready to order ... but we were still waiting for menus ... five minutes later, she returned with menus and then went on her way. She returned 10 minutes later and we placed our order. Still 16 minutes too early for lunch menu, but you'll see where this should not have been an issue for order to include lunch. My coffee mug was below half empty at this point, but I figured she or another server would come around with a pot to refill. Nope. Coffee mug was empty long enough for the mug to completely dry, so I went to the counter to get a refill. A large orange juice and another coffee were finished within our party of four. Still no ice stopped by our table. Between 50 60 minutes later. As I was about to get up for more coffee, our waitress set a tray stand near our table and returned 3-4 minutes later with most of our food. She asked if everything was good and then mumbled about my pancakes as she walked away, and returned about 3 more minutes later. Coffee refill offered, and she returned a shirt while later with coffee, only to neglect us for the rest of our visit. Somewhere in there, I tried the sausage patty to find it overcooked, dry, and somehow only lukewarm at best. Food was overall less than what we expected for the price in quality and about average in quantity. Three of us went to returned from the restroom (water covered more than half of the floor in the hallway to the restrooms, but coned so okay, I guess . Waited 5-7 minutes more while a line of patrons sat and stood around waiting--for their turn to wait some more. I stood and then made my way to the counter with the register. Without waiting in line, I stood at the register area for nearly seven minutes before anyone even made eye contact. Yes, at this point I was curious how bad it could get, so I only cleared my throat twice while standing there. A different waitress sat about 2 feet from the register but must have been on break because she was head down with her phone the entire time I was at the counter, right in front of her. A different staff member finally looked over at me and approached halfway to ask if I needed something ... I replied that I was waiting to pay ... realizing I had no check he said our waitress was busy but would be back soon. About 4-5 minutes later, our waitress pulled a check from her notebook and handed it to me at the counter without a word. The other staff member returned and rung me up. Finally out of there. If you read this whole review, maybe this place is for you. Whichever meal you show up ready to order, order from the next meal menu."

"First I am really glad you opened up in my area. I went to the University of Arizona, and Eegees is something I have missed from my college days! Secondly, I know youre a brand new location with brand new staff (and the resulting "growing pains" , so I will not request a refund this time but there is definitely room for improvement. I ordered the Veggie Grinder with no pepperoncini or House dressing and adding Mozzarella cheese. The cheese was added, as I requested (which is good because it costed extra , but the only veggies on the sandwich were lettuce tomatoes and pickles the carrots, onions and black olives were missing, so the sandwich was pretty boring, compared to what I was expecting. This is half on Eegees, and half on my DoorDash driver, but my medium Eegees 1/2 Lemon, 1/2 Peach n Berry slush was missing. The driver said it was not handed to him, but I do expect drivers to make sure they have the whole order before they leave the restaurant (I tip, and tip well, so they can check a receipt to make sure they have all items . He did say he was going back to get it, and he did just drop it off, so he gets to keep his tip. The food was still fresh and delicious (even with a boring sandwich , and I still got my Eegees slush, which was amazing. I got it really fast, too just next time, lets please not sacrifice the order being correct, for it being fast. Both are important. Alls well that ends well :"

"Dan’s is a family owner and has been serving great food in orlando for over 30 years. the menu offers fresh home cooked food and has unique daily lunch specialties, and they claim to have some of the best breakfast in Orlando. to breakfast they have a large selection of eggs every style, omelets, pancakes, waffeln, sausage biscuits and gravy and what the restaurant for skillets. the chicets are in the round a concoction of various breakfast items all mixed in a cast iron and with cheese, or gravy or quite a lot of what they want. for dinner and lunch, they have meatloaf, pot roast, chicken fried steak, roast pork and a lot of subspecies, as the famous steak and zwiebel sub. in the interior of the Dan’s restaurant they really feel like they have found a big greasy spoon diving place, but not on a bad way. it feels very welcoming and comforting inside. it's the place where they feel like they missed their lives. I ordered the super combo with 2 eggs each style, half order of cookies and gravy, hashbrowns and speck. that was a great old breakfast that really hit with a good portion and a home taste. my wife decided on the corned beef hash skillet with massive amounts of corned bark hasch with ruchei and cheese. it was very tasty and very full. the ordinary thing to the skill at Dan’s is that they can really order a kind of how they want it or above it anyway they want it."
