"Ok, so I heard talk of this 'Bikas Restaurant ' and how good the food was..(especially the breakfast! Being the foodie that I am, I just had to go check it out! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The cashier was very nice and greeted me with big smile! The menu is great with a lot of options. From a simple egg plate to a variety of different pancakes and they even have chicken and waffles! Honestly you can somewhat get lost in the menu because there are so many delicious options! I narrowed down my selection to the bacon egg plate with chocolate chip pancakes! I have been to so many different restaurants for breakfast and I am going to tell you now Bikas nailed it! The pancakes were steaming hot and stayed hot till I finished them. The portion of chocolate chips were just right. The grits were fresh and the right consistency. The eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly, and the bacon could not have been any better! Even the toast was fantastic! I give Bikas 5 STARS! You guys rock...I am a Chef and I tell you now these guys know what they are doing...You have to give this place a try! it 's a MUST! I will be back!"
