"The food at this restaurant is of high quality, but it is on the more expensive side. However, the delivery service is slow. I don't mind waiting as long as I am given an accurate estimate. I was disappointed when I was told that my order had been sent out and would only take a few minutes, only to have it arrive much later. "Be cautious when reserving hibachi on opentable. They display reservation times that are not actually available. We received a call an hour before our reservation informing us of this, and had to engage in multiple conversations with the manager to finally figure out how to accommodate us at a time slot 15 minutes later. This wouldn't have been an issue except it was a reservation for a double birthday party and we had guests driving in over an hour to meet us. Despite technically accommodating the reservation, our party was seated poorly and we waited at least 15 minutes before ordering a drink, another 15 to receive all the drinks, and a total of 45 minutes before we received our food order."

"Love the place for its simplicity, good prices and good food . Most menus are Asian cuisine with sushi and sashimi. Not expected, but even the Cheeseburger with Fritten came delicious and the part was huge. Pistachio milkshake is also at the top. Only slight disappointment I asked for a shot of rum and they calculated 10$ for it (considers the fact that the whole mojito cocktail costs 11$ I feel like the waiter just came out with price itself). Other then that, beautiful and easy place"

"Terrible. Sushi was not good quality. It was super expensive the all-you-can-eat. And to top it off, the waitress was super passive-aggressive. We left one roll of sushi that tasted so bad, and I respectfully tried to tell her that it was not to our liking. She rebutted that the fish is super fresh and that there is no way that it tastes bad instead of easily not charging us for the left over sushi. Because, yes, if you leave a roll of sushi, they will charge you how much the roll is worth and that roll in particular was 15.00$ extra. She charged us the 15.00$ extra for leaving a roll that tasted like plastic and laughed because she thought we were wrong and making it up. So the bill was hefty and the food was terrible, and to top it off, the service doesn’t do anything to compensate for the bad food. I paid and left and never looked back. It does not deserve a 4.1 rating, that is being generous. Plus it is not a buffet, it is all you can eat but it is crazy expensive."

"eating is expensive for how little it is. the supplier makes fun of them because they incorrectly set up an auto-generated apple address that is 1 ciffer, although the zip code has been provided and everything is on the map on the same address. Who made this eat doesn't care about you. the fish also have bones and haare. I usually don't write a bad review, but today I decided to write a bad review. I have no good experience here and I liked to eat here. the delivery is 13 minutes too late, I get that my order is not the top priority, but why did this supplier come to me and make me funny for small mistakes? Anyway, I like this experience so much that I would probably not order from here anymore. customers are aware of the supplier. I'd just order it from here if it's a pick-up order."

"Yesterday my cousin and I visited this place for the first time and I must say we were very impressed by the decor, service and delicious food. Simson was our waiter who was so attentive, friendly and quick with the service. All of the appetizers and entrees was so fresh and tasty. For apps we had the shumai and gyoza ? pork dumplings. For entree we had crunchy tuna and crab rolls, a volcano roll, shrimp tail roll, seafood fried rice and general Tso chicken. The interior of the restaurant was a cultural Japanese ambience from the furniture, art, and seating style. We will definitely be visiting this place again. The food and service is excellent."

"Really really wonderful place for sushi. One of the best Midwest places I have been to. The tuna was slightly fishy which mad me sad (only reason for the 4 stars), but my expectations for tuna are very high because I lived in a place known for their tuna in Japan. The salmon was very good. All of their rolls were wonderful. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend."

"I feel the need to write a review to do some justice to this restaurant. I live in UWS and order from the place from time to time. They have a wide selection of food, deliver really fast, and have very competitive price. Yes it's not the best Chinese food in town, but I never order sth that taste bad and some of the dishes are pretty good. The Beijing Duck is pretty decent, bento boxes are all nice, and they have a lot of dim sum to choose from. The best thing is they have bubble tea, which most Chinese food delivery in the neighborhood don't offer. It's perfect for when you just chilling at home and don't feel like cooking for yourself, will continue ordering from Amazed Palace."
