"valentinstag Friday. try to use the doubt during the experience. I couldn't do it after a bed. When we get there, we find out that their online registration was downstairs. Those of us who booked online could prove that we had reservations, but they still entrusted us with the walk-ins. there were some people who came out. not only did they look underconstrained, they looked subconsistent/subsidiary. it seemed like they had either no bus driver or they called. they had 3 tables next to each other that were right there. the wise thing to do would have been to clean the three tables quickly to be in a position to clog the couples that blocked their tiny entrance. their host cleaned tables, but they looked like they haven't done many tables yet. these 3 tables were immediately next to each other, but a table was cleaned, ten minutes later the next, then ten minutes after the third. no busters, no servier dishes. the personal ran individually from the kitchen, the bar and the sushi bar, with only what they fit in the arms/hands. on our side of the restaurant did not help the other staff. bar was out of so much from the subordination – from liqueurs from their signature drinks. my wife ordered 5 different drinks (no exaggeration—5! and all five were out. the server wasn't even told about the bar what they were out. Owner/mgr nice enough, but looked like he's going to be totally overwhelmed next to the kitchen. weinwand literally had 8 /9 bottles on it (points for ~100 . Standard sushi rollers were slightly larger than the circumference of a nickel. had special menu for the day, but no prices. the server said that she was not told details of the menu; she had to ask another server. Afro-American female server on the other side of the restaurant looked like she had their things together – our experience would have been better if my wife and I were sitting in their section but bad mgmt plan overall. one and only one, never again."
