"First timer at the Troy, NY location. Ate in around noon. Fast and friendly counter service. They even brought the food out when it was ready. Nice and hot. I had the Classic Chicken crispy) sandwich and the crispy french fries. Both were excellent. The quality on the chicken was almost as good as the standard setting Chic Filet. My friend had the mashed potato cones a ball of deep fried mashed potatoes) and I tried one and will get those from now on. They were stellar. Place was clean although the eating area is due for a refresh. Overall I'd give them 4.5 stars if that were an option."
