"I made an online order on April 29th 2023 while I was in Carlsbad (Thinking that I am ordering at the Carlsbad Bressi Ranchg location), for some reason their website took me to the Huntington Beach location, I realized that after I placed my order and got the email. I called to cancel my order, however the worker who picked up the phone told me that I placed my order with doordash which I didn't, so I called doordash and they advised that they have a business partnership with Board and Brew and anything that is placed online through the Board and Brew website goes through doordash so they asked me to call the store. I called Board and Brew again and got transferred to the manager who said that she was going to refund the money which never happened.The food is great at Board and Brew but unfortunately because of this incident I will not give them my business again because they are not honest."
