"Unlike my experience with the unprofessional staff (Tamia) at the Taylor Street location in Chicago, I was warmly welcomed and greeted with enthusiasm by Brandon. I finally got to enjoy my Chicken Pot Pie Soup and Chicken Sandwich. My meal was hot, fresh, and delicious, all served with a smile. I was even provided with a spoon, napkins, and crackers without having to ask for them. After my terrible experience with Tamia (the manager) at the Taylor Street location, I promised myself I would never return to Potbelly again. But as they say, never say never—or perhaps my positive experience was simply a result of being in Oak Park instead of Chicago. Thank you, Brandon, for demonstrating what a fantastic Potbelly employee should do, act, and perform.
