"Has been 28 years since I been to a bakers square restaurant. The one near my home at the time closed. Then I moved to Arizona, no bakers Squares in AZ. They have changed quite a bit. They no longer carry the double cream lemon pie, wow it was to die for. I tried the lemon supreme, naah wasn't even close. They only had 1 Cinnamon roll in the store. We always got the Cinnamon roll to take home. Well since they no longer use butter, margarine products only. The icing made with margarine was nasty. So were the pancakes. I scraped the spread off my pancake and took them home to eat with real (butter and syrup). I was so excited when I was back in Illinois and saw that they had a bakers square. I was so looking forward to breakfast there the way I remembered, but was a bit disappointed. On the plus side the bacon and hash browns were pretty dang good. Won't be returning."
