"I've ordered from here via GrubHub 7 times, 6 times for delivery, and today for pickup. I rarely get the crispy onions, which I request each time, but I usually let that slide because crispy onions do not cost extra. Today, I did not get avocado on my sandwich, for which I paid $1.59 extra. I called the store to see if they could process a refund for the avocado. The man acts like I'm lying and says he knows he put avocado on my sandwich. I live 15min away so I don't want to drive back for a remake. I just want a refund. He could not do that! So, thankfully, I chatted with GrubHub and they fixed it. But I don't understand why the man tried to argue with me. 6 orders and I have never complained before, why would I complain today? Well, because I really did not get the avocado! Food is good though, when they make it right. I would post a picture, but Google isn't giving me the option right now because I didn't take the picture while still in the parking lot.Vegetarian options: The black bean patty and bread are vegan. It's a great option for vegans when they give you what you paid for."
