"Bistro Bridgewater was a wonderful choice for Valentine's Day. The food is excellent as was the wine list. Our server was great with just the right amount of attentiveness. I would say it is one of the top restaurants in the northeast corner of Connecticut, and way better than that pretentious place called CT."
