"Pretty bad even for McDonald's standards. 15 minute line and then every burger was missing components and tasted HEAVILY of onions, like they sweated a bag of onions and then dipped each beef patty directly in it. Fries were dehydrated and cold. Pretty sad if you're going to let 14 year olds run your franchise at least teach them how to differentiate food from garbage."

"Ordered a burger meal, 20 piece nuggets and large fry added, as well as bbq sauce and honey mustard. When we asked for the honey mustard they gave 2 but that was going to be really dry with only 2 sauces in the whole order so I asked for more and they informed wed have to be charged for it because they had put it in the bag which they did not put ANY sauce in. "I left at 5:28am after standing outside the window for more than 4 min outside while an employee was inside working. The employee was dumping ice into machines but she never got the audacity to at least let me know “hey we are closed until 6am or something. Just totally ignored me being outside. Only reason I was standing outside is because I’m a truck driver and I can’t take the semi in the drive thru"

"Food was good… very disappointed that the last few times I have gone to this location the ice cream machine is either “not working” or “being cleaned”. I'm pretty sure I saw another customer get ice cream right before I asked and the machine wasn't working after that… if you don't want to serve ice cream just take it off the menu. "The app said my meal was $12 and the restaurant said it was 15. My kids were crying for food so I took something off as I did not want to transfer from my savings and asked them to try again. The manager stepped in when I showed him that the app and store prices were different, and he said that “his line needs to keep moving.” Glad we went to the other McDonald's as I had some earlier from this store today and I have to say the one on 18th is way better."

"McDonald's is McDonald's, as far as, the food. Inside, at 10am, dirty, employees with a lackluster attitude, NOT friendly, and just uninterested. We don't usually go to McDonald's (convenient this time, in a time crunch), and this is why. ️"
"Food is questionable it may be correct it may not be in the bag at all. It's slow and the employees have the personality of a Branked actress who thinks she is a spoiled diva. Don't ask for condiments napkins a straw it's putting them out. Food is usually old and have not completely gotten an order successfully correct yet. It's convenient due to it's right off the highway but even pulling in to the place is tricky. Best thing here is the free wifi and it's ok."
"Waiting 30 minutes for 3—10 piece chicken nuggets while employees stand around and giggle with a lobby full of waiting customers is unacceptable. Clearing the customer service numbers from the board so your wait time numbers are padded at the expense of the customer is poor management. "McDonald's app messed up and wouldn't allow me to use a coupon. Manager was called and he gave us the item for free, which was very nice of him! Will be coming back!"

"Unlike the Kenai McDonald's, this Soldotna branch is more efficient and doesn't get the order wrong as often. Despite long lines they tend to get them through faster then Kenai as well."

"Drive thru was closed because of problems with their system. They were out of ice cream but offered shakes instead. They did a great job considering their system was down. This is my favorite McDonald's in Rock Hill. Always good service and good food. 10/06/2022 Went inside and ordered on the kiosk. Everyone was working hard and happy. I loved the atmosphere!!"
"This place needs new management or something. They change their hours of operation from day to day. They are always running out of food. How do you run out of burger meat at MCDONALD'S?!"
"If I could give them a negative stars, I would. Got short changed at the drive up window and told them about it at the pick-up window. Had to ask for the manager who told me I would have to come back after 11pm after she counted out the register because she didn't believe me. Literally called me a liar and a thief to my face. Was not offered a receipt so had no proof, but not to worry, I won't ever go there again. Would eat a road kill opossum before I spent another dime in that place."
