"We ate here as a part of the DineLA promotion where we could get a three-course meal for a set price. We were really excited, as we had never seen a promotion like this before and the Rosy Cafe seemed like the perfect place to go. We made a noon reservation and were seated extremely quickly, but then things began to devolve. Our server, Matt, seemed extremely on top of things. He provided us the DineLA menu right when we requested it and put in our orders quickly, or so we thought. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes before we had even received the appetizers (Bluefin Tuna Crudo, which was only four small slices of fish, and a toast that was actually quite delicious). After another 45 minutes of waiting and multiple servers that were NOT Matt checked on us because it was strange that we had not received our food yet, we could not afford to wait around any longer and had to leave."
