"This place is a huge let down! I placed an online order for a chicken tarna plate and a chicken tarna wrap at 5:28pm on 06/13/2023, and got the order confirmation with pick up at 5:50pm. I show up at 6pm to pick up my order, the cashier tells me they only start working on the orders when the customer shows up, and tells me another 10 minutes. I prepaid for the order and asked for a soon pick upwhy should I have to wait for an order that I placed online and already paid for? Tell me you forgot about my order rather than giving me a lame excuse, but if this restaurant starts working on orders placed and paid for online, then surely it is doing something wrong and needs a new manager."
