By using cupping pepperoni, they are able to achieve a rich taste without all the grease. This not only enhances the flavor, but also maintains the quality of the pizza. While they may have eliminated some items to prioritize quality, the effort is evident in the taste of their pizzas. This commitment to quality is also reflected in some of their specialty pizzas, such as the Italian Stallion and Asian Chicken Wing Pizza, which are all fantastic.
