"we just stopped trying this place for lunch. very satisfied with our meal! we sat in the bar/lounge area and ordered 2 appetizers, (one is the tzaiki and pita) a cup of the cream of the crab soup and a gyro. husband said, the gyro was absolutely delicious, best he had in md so far, and the suppe was great! we had to wait for what felt for our eating (determined for over 20 minutes) and eat all of it. there was no reason why the appetizers could not come out sooner or immediately for the pita. it seemed to be only two waiters who were all the area that was both very friendly and wonderful, but instead of being assigned to our table, they both waited for our table that got a little confusing to time as they did not seem to communicate with each other, and we would ask the same twice in order. the venue was recently very clearly updated and looked fabulous! you still need a few finishing touches and new tables and chairs, but otherwise was made beautiful inside. they have a great time also keeping the “Covid” guidelines, separating, wearing masks, and offer more door seating. overall a good experience and we would return. they had a great variety on the menu and until authenticity in the Greek cuisine it was certainly the best we had around. also their French fries were absolutely crazy delicious and so crispy! posting pictures of the updated interior."

"If you 're not a burger eater, this isn 't the place for you. We go there only when it 's the only place open (without a wait ...the kitchen is open til at least midnight, which is good for us after a movie or just our regular late dinner.<br/ <br/ My husband generally gets some version of a burger good but not great, especially since Red Coat is across the street. I 've learned to stick with sandwiches, which are HUGE...and on 'Jeff 's bread ', also very good. <br/ <br/ I 've made the mistake of going off into more sophisticated fare the other night I ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer 8 shrimp sauteed in spices...er, wait...a glob of brown gunk and a salad plate full of oil. Served with carrots, celery and Jeff 's bread, all encased in the giant pool of oil. <br/ <br/ Chicken chili was more like bean soup with the addition of chunks of processed chicken (nice, neat rectangles and a little spice. <br/ <br/ Mexican food is giant and average. Salads are okay at best. <br/ <br/ Service...well...the guy at the bar is a nice guy but a little forgetful and hurried. You have to ask for ketchup, hotsauce, napkins (every time we go there! ...that is, when you can catch him. He tends to forget to bring things like water and the condiments, so you have to ask more than once. Cheerful guy, though, and busy, so it 's hard to fault him too much.<br/ <br/ So all in all, it 's a decent place for a late nigh meal as long as you stick to the basics of sandwiches and burgers. The rest is meh."
